The Chemical Engineering Department offers a wide variety of elective courses to our students. In order to do this, not every course is offered every semester, or even every year. So when you are preparing your schedule, please plan carefully. All of the chemical engineering electives may be used as technical electives, and can fulfill either the engineering or chemical engineering technical elective requirements.
Below is a table containing the expected elective course offerings for the next two academic years. For descriptions of course content, number of credits, and prerequisite information, go to the OSRR’s Schedule Planning Center webpage, and click on the undergraduate course descriptions.
Usually in February or March, both the fall and spring schedules for the next academic year are published. These official class schedules are available on the OSRR’s Schedule Planning Center webpage, under “Schedule of Classes”.
